Your card will expire after 5 years of non use. Cards with a zero balance will expire after 365 days of no activity (balance check or reload) You can check the balance of your card by calling 03450 757757 or in store.

Please always check the balance on your card before trying to make a purchase. If your Gift Card is lost or stolen please contact Customer Services as soon as possible so we can arrange for your Gift Card to be blocked.
